The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 38-35 in Super Bowl LVII held at State Farm Stadium on February 12, 2023.

fazzino.comThe Super Bowl stayed out west moving east to Phoenix, Arizona. We decided to roll with the old west theme consisting of cacti and ghost towns. In fact, we founded our very own ghost town- Dessert Gulch. We continued to run with the desert theme by starting the boycott of Bud Light before it was cool by replacing the Bud Light bottle players with a more prickly group of players. We also imagined what a tailgate party might have looked like in the old west at the Rolling Tumbleweed Watering Hole where stagecoaches and covered wagons dotted the landscape. The Lone Ranger and Tonto did the play by play in legendary fashion.
Looking forward to desserts on the Vegas strip in 2024.

This year’s cake pops captured the old west theme quite well.
The stands were once again packed with pretzel rolos and football brownies.
We went all in on the desserts in the desert theme.
